FAQs
Retainers are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled date if you need to move your session. I just ask for as much notice as possible so I can accommodate you.
If I have to cancel, do I get my retainer back?
Not at all! I love to work with San Antonio brands, but I also work with clients worldwide. As long as you can ship your products to me, we're good to go!
Do you only work with local clients?
Every session includes creative collaboration, styling guidance, shot planning, and a curated final gallery. Depending on your package, we can include flat lays, lifestyle images, model based content, and white background images for e-commerce to build a complete visual library for your brand.
What does my session include?
Turnaround time is 10 business days from the date I receive your products.
How quickly will I get my images?
Yes! Clean, white background images are available as an add-on to any package and are ideal for Amazon, Shopify, and wholesale catalogs.
Do you offer white background images for e-commerce?
Yes. All final images are fully edited, including color correction, lighting refinement, and detailed retouching where needed (labels, dust, small imperfections, etc.).
Do you retouch the images?
Each package includes a minimum number of final images and those will be chosen based on your needs and shot list. Before your shoot, we'll plan your must-have angles and priorities so you receive a complete, usable gallery.
How many images are included in the price?

Typically, I recommend sending at least 1 of each of each product. including each variation when possible, plus any packaging, inserts, or accessories you’d like photographed. I’ll provide a simple shipping checklist after booking.
What should I ship you for my session?
Your package includes commercial usage for your website, social media, email marketing, and brand promotions. If you need extended licensing for paid ads or large-scale campaigns, I’m happy to provide options.
What are the usage rights for my images?
Yes. All final images are fully edited, including color correction, lighting refinement, and detailed retouching where needed (labels, dust, small imperfections, etc.).
