FAQs
Retainers are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled date if you need to move your session. I just ask for as much notice as possible so I can accommodate you.
If I have to cancel, do I get my retainer back?
Each package includes a minimum number of final images and those will be chosen based on your needs and shot list. Before your shoot, we'll plan your must-have angles and priorities so you receive a complete, usable gallery.
How many images are included in the price?
Not at all! I love to work with San Antonio brands, but I also work with clients worldwide. As long as you can ship your products to me, we're good to go!
Do you only work with local clients?
Most sessions take place in studio for a clean, consistent look. If your brand needs a larger space, more variety, lifestyle imagery, we can also shoot outdoors or on-location. We'll make sure to choose a setting that best fits your product and audience.
How do we choose a location?
I have an established network of reliable models, from kids to adults. My model casting is focused on natural, approachable, real-life brand imagery. You can decide on models from a selection, or I can choose for you.
How do you find your models?
Every session includes creative collaboration, styling guidance, shot planning, and a curated final gallery. Depending on your package, we can include flat lays, lifestyle images, model based content, and white background images for e-commerce to build a complete visual library for your brand.

Turnaround time is 10 business days from the date I receive your products.
How quickly will I get my images?
Lifestyle images help your audience understand how your product fits into real life. They're ideal for social media, email marketing, campaigns, and website storytelling. They're especially great for when you want to create connection and increase trust.
What are lifestyle images used for?
I don't deliver RAW files, as they are unfinished and not representative of the final work. Every image you receive is fully edited and delivered in high resolution.
Can I have access to the raw images?
Most models are compensated through a combination of product and images. In special circumstance (such as samples that must be returned), we can arrange a paid model option in advance.
Do I have to pay the models?
You'll receive an online gallery with high-resolution downloads for web and social. From there, you can download your full set easily to mobile and desktop.
How do I get my images?
The strongest product imagery starts with clarity. A cohesive visual style, a clear shot list, and intentional props or environments can take your images from "nice" to truly brand-defying. I'll be there to guide you through the planning process.
How do I make my brand stand out?
Yes! Clean, white background images are available as an add-on to any package and are ideal for Amazon, Shopify, and wholesale catalogs.

Flat lays are styled images of your product photographed from above, often incorporating props, textures, and brand elements to create a mood and tell a story.
Product images are clean, straightforward photos focused solely on your product.
What is the difference between flat lay and product images?
Typically, I recommend sending at least 1 of each of each product. including each variation when possible, plus any packaging, inserts, or accessories you’d like photographed. I’ll provide a simple shipping checklist after booking.
What should I ship you for my session?
Your package includes commercial usage for your website, social media, email marketing, and brand promotions. If you need extended licensing for paid ads or large-scale campaigns, I’m happy to provide options.
What are the usage rights for my images?
Yes. All final images are fully edited, including color correction, lighting refinement, and detailed retouching where needed (labels, dust, small imperfections, etc.).
